Do I need to purchase tickets to attend?  Yes, you need to pre- purchase your tickets...if you can't purchase online please send an email to chmiel@olfactorysoaps.com and we can do your order that way or stop by the farm shop to purchase your tickets. We will not have cash at the gate for ticket purchases.

Can I re use my ticket?  Tickets are only good for one day/entry per weekend.​

 

I don't have a PayPal account so how do I purchase tickets online?  Paypal is our way of taking payments...you do not need a paypal account to purchase online, you can just use your credit card  like any other purchase...when you get to the payment part scroll down and choose "pay with credit card"

When I try to order online I get "stuck" on a page and the website doesn't seem to work, now what?  Check the bottom of the page you are on to make sure you clicked the box that says you accept the terms.  (sometimes this little box is hard to see, but must be checked to go on)

 

Can I bring my pet along?  For insurance reasons we do not allow pets during the festival.  We love animals but please leave your pet at home.  The only exceptions made are for service animals but you must have proof/certificate with you to show at the gate.

Will there be food?  Yes, we offer an array of food choices from sweet treats to awesome meats, and vegetarian.

Is the Festival handicap accessible? We offer handicap parking (on a first come basis) and handicap porta potties.  The grounds are mostly flat and will accommodate a wheel chair or walker but keep in mind this is a farm and there may be roots, ruts and such.  The farm's soap shop is not wheel chair accessible. Please use your own discretion.

Is parking free?  Yes, parking is free to visitors.
