We thank you for your interest in becoming an NY Lavender Festival vendor!

 

The event takes place over two weekends in July. July 5 & 6th and 12th & 13th. Vendors may sign up for one or both weekends. Most spaces are field spaces where you will need to bring your own 10 x 10 tent and set up, we do have a few spaces available in our large tent . Cost for field spots are $150.00 for one weekend and $250.00 if you sign up for both. Our tent spots are slightly more to cover the cost of renting a large tent.

Please send your name, business name, a description of what you sell and a few pictures of your items. If you are accepted into the show, we will then send the application for you to fill out.
